These include final review of construction drawings as well as a site inspection. A detailed cost breakdown and JCT contract along with a review of a detailed project timeline which will be shared with the client by our Project Manager. Our construction team is extremely experienced and will manage every aspect of the build phase including site management, full construction of shell and core, health and safety as well as welfare of the employees. We are very conscientious of our neighbourhood surroundings so we ensure we cause as minimal disruption and plan our hours accordingly.
