Stage 04
Property owners are required by law to obtain Building Regulation approval. The application requirements include the submission of Construction drawings along with information on fire safety, drainage, structural and details of the build.
Along with producing the Construction drawings, our team arranges all the site inspections to be carried out promptly by the appointed Building Control company to certify our team have completed each stage of your build according to the regulations.
At the end of each project, you will attain a certificate to ensure the project was compliant to all health and safety regulations.
