In house project management service ensures that our client is always aware of any key milestones and ensures their lives are put at ease.
Your Project Manager takes over communication from the point at which the Design has been approved by Building Control and passed onto the Build team and will remain your point of contact until you are ready to move in. Moreover, the Project Manager conducts fortnightly status updates, ensures any change in requirements are captured and communicated with the relevant team as well as arrange and manage deliveries and site inspections with the appointed Building Control company.
